Lois B. Lepp

Lois B. LeppLois B. Lepp graduated from Florida State University in 1987, with a bachelor of science in sociology, cum laude, with honors, in 1987. She was awarded a Juris Doctorate, with honors, from Florida State University in 1990. Ms. Lepp was admitted to practice law in Florida in 1990. She is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court, Northern District of Florida. From 1990-92, Ms. Lepp worked for the Florida Department of Professional Regulation, prosecuting ethics violations for various professional licensing boards. From 1992-1998, Ms. Lepp worked for The Florida Bar, in lawyer regulation, where she prosecuted attorneys for ethics violations. In 1998, Ms. Lepp moved to Pensacola, where, as an associate in a small law firm, she practiced in the area of medical malpractice defense, along with some general civil work. In October 2002, Ms. Lepp opened her own law firm, in which she now practices primarily in the areas of guardianship, probate, professional ethics and licensure defense, small estate planning, elder law, and civil litigation. Ms. Lepp served as the president of the Escambia-Santa Rosa Bar Association (ESRBA) in 2006-2007. She is a member of the ESRBA, National Association of Elder Law Attorneys/Association of Florida Elder Law Attorneys, and Florida Guardianship Association, IMPACT 100, and Pensacola Freewheelers. One of her greatest accomplishments is finding balance between her professional obligations and her personal life. In her personal life, she enjoys her four long-haired dachshunds, great friends, distance cycling, jogging, racquetball, boating and just about anything else outdoors. She also works to help place displaced pets find new forever homes.
